Friday, January 12, 2007 *'Field Trng!'* It's been a wk since I last post? Lolz.. Duno.. Mayb u cld chek da date.. I duno.. Bt den da stay in Tekong dis 6 days hafbeen quite fruitful.. If I wer 2 describ it, I wld say it wld jz b revision 4 me ba.. Cz it was major on Individual Field Craft, IFC 4 short.. Den it was rather fun.. Wel, in da IFC dere's quite a bit wich is new 2 me as well.. Well, 1 of it is da field discipline.. Well, in field discipline, dere's further being split in2 mor faculties.. Such as light, noise, movement.. It's damn coolz.. It's rrly coolz.. In da light discipline aspect, we haf 2 maintain litle light, jz enuf light 4 us 2 c.. So mayb 4 dos wif slight night blindness cld b a bit tuf 4 dem.. It's rrly lik 1 fiting a war.. Everything we do haf 2 b damn tatical.. It's rrly lik fitin a war.. An imaginary 1.. Haha.. Den in noise discipline, it's even mor cool.. We r nt alowed 2 tok.. We r only alowed 2 communicate thru field signals.. Lolz.. I was wondering hw r we gona see in da dark.. Lolz.. Mayb muz rrly strain our eyes ba.. Haha.. Den it is said tt normaly by 7pm, we wld alr b slpin lik a pig.. Haha.. I believe so cz field trngs r always damn shag.. I believe it.. Haha.. Nex up is da movement discipline.. In our movement, we r supp 2 remain at low alert, n den nt 2 leave any trail any where.. For example u r nt supp 2 step on any branches n break dem, or step on mud bt only on hard grounds, or even kick any objects on da path of travel.. Haha.. Den it was oso say dis movement discipline wld oso minimise our chances of being atacked by hornets.. Well, tekong is famous 4 wild boar n hornets.. Den dere's wild boar drill n teach us hw 2 evade wild boar atack.. Here's a catch.. Wild boar can only run in str line.. So u muz run in al sorts of curve in btw da trees.. So tt da wiild boar wil jz ram in2 trees, n stop chasing u.. Bt den normaly if u dun disturb it, n jz gif it food, it wil go away.. Den it wld b ok.. Den another is da hornet drill.. Wen gt hornet atack, we r supp 2 lie flat on ground.. Groundshet over our head, coverin our hands n head n mst impt our neck.. So it wld b ok ba I suppose.. Da dat is nearing, I'm scared yet excited at da sam tim.. I'm nv distinct in my emotions.. Haha.. It's always been dis way.. Haha.. As a mater of fact, my fingers fel quite strange while touchin da keyboard.. Lolz.. Duno wads hapenin.. Bt I duno la.. It's stil ok.. Bt den da so call honeymoon period is over, meaning anything u wrong, u r 2 knock it down str.. As in hw many is up 2 da commander 2 decide.. Bt den frm wad I heard, dey canot pump us more den 100 in a day.. Wel, dis was wad at lest I heard.. Well, it was ok.. Den las las wk, as in da firing range b4 da new yr wk was ok.. Except for som unpleasant incident which I wld nv ever wan 2 bring it up, bt jz kip it as a leson memory.. Cz afetrall, it was partly my fault as well.. Cz it was monsson season, den everyday is raining, so grounds were floded in da range.. Haha.. Den haf 2 prone in water n shot during da 50m shootout.. Haha.. It was an experience hard 2 4gt la.. Bt den it was sort of sian 4 me as well, cz my whole body is wet, n den mak me damn hard in cleanin da uniform.. Haiz.. Duno la.. Bt den I wil always rmb it well cz it was a once in a lifetim experience 2 fire in da rain.. Bt den nite shotin was being made worse by da rain la.. So well, cldnt help much ba.. Lolz.. So it was fine n ok 4 me in da shoting.. Den cam grenade throwing.. It was an experience 4 me as well.. In da grenade throwin range, as in da tactical op de was rather fun bt tiring.. Well, let's start wif da throwin of da grenade in tactical op.. U haf 2 start wif throwin da grenade 2 hit at lest da 6m mark.. U tink 6m v small? Actualy, I oso tink of tt, bt I was totaly wrong.. It seems far.. Cz u r holdin on 2 an explosive.. U r gardin lives of ppl ard u.. Ur platoon mates, ur company ppl, ur commander.. So it's rather stressed out.. In fact hand tremble wen I throw.. Thou it was a dumy only.. Bt I cldnt help bt tremble.. I had 2 throw lik 6 times b4 I pass da first phase of da clearing of 6m? Cz I gues it's rrly rrly quite tough.. Moreover it's grenade wich I nv experience b4, unlik da M-16.. I handled it wen I was in sec 3.. So it was tough 4 me subconsiously I tink.. Den I passed tt 1, den had 2 crawl 2 da next station lik 1m away frm my crawling pt? Bt it was tiring.. It's leopard crawl.. Haha.. Bt anw, jz reach da destination, n den jz pass da rest.. So only da first part tt makes me so nervous ba I gues.. Den we had da practice of da live grenade.. As in practice 4 da drill of live grenade.. Den first tim I threw 2 near, den second tim I manage 2 throw far.. Den I pass.. So tt's was all 4 da grenade throwing.. It was fun except 4 da fact I was unwel, n blocked nose ba.. Den was coughin lik mad.. (which I stil nw havin it) Den inside da camp, it was rather ok ba.. Bt I dun tink it wil stil b as coolin as da 1 in dec.. Cz I dun tink rain wld b comin tt often.. Den mayb I wil haf 2 bear wif da hot nites? I duno, bt I gues I wil haf 2 even thou I dun wan.. It was rrly quite an experience 2 stay inside.. Another thing is tt we haf alr started on road march.. So it was ok la.. bt den I duno y, I gt blisters in my heels wich I dun even noe abt it til it burst ytd.. ouch Den gt infaction wen I cam home.. Nw da pain is damn botherin me.. Haiz.. Den da nex ting is my resistance was lowered while in island.. Mayb cz I din drink ribena or nt enuf slp.. Lolz.. I duno, bt den I duno is it cz I'm strange or wad.. While in outside, as in wen I'm nt at hm slpin in my own bed, I wld slp late, den wak up damn early.. As in turn in ard 11pm, den wak up most probably ard 3.30am or 4.30am.. I rrly duno.. Den i was standin in front of a person, den he sneeze n coughed, den da next thin I noe I oso tio sore throat, n den throat infaction n persistent cough.. Nw even worse gt flu n burst blisters at my heels.. Damn pain sia.. I duno la.. Bt den I dun wan 2 b on any status n miss trngs.. Cz I dun wish 2 go 4 any mak up trng.. Cz it rrly fels much beta 2 train wif ur platon mates rather den other companies' platoons.. Cz wen it's ur own platon mates, dey wil rrly lok after u, even thou u dun ask dem 2 do so.. So it's rrly damn gd.. Well, tt's all I cld tink of writin for da army experience so far.. Bt den I tink Igt sth v wrong.. I 4gt 2 blog on new yr day.. Lolz.. Well, it has bin a long tim since I blog.. Muz haf gotten real rust in blogging.. Lolz.. As a mater of fact, my fingers fel quite strange while touchin da keyboard.. Lolz.. Duno wads hapenin..
