'Countdown'

The course is finally comin toan ed, thou nt v soon.. 4 mor weks 2 end of course.. Let's jz seperate it first.. 4 mor weks 2 go bac 2 MEC, while 3 mor weks 2 da complete end of course.. Haha.. Time rrly flies damn fast.. Jz hope dese few weks I'm able 2 tahan all da way n b safe n sound..

Ytd I ran da SOC again.. Well, I managed 2 clr my stubborn 2 out of 3 obstacles.. Quite ok la.. Bt da clearing was done w/o da run down.. So jz duno wad 2 say.. Bt nonetheless, I sil at lest clr som of it.. Den nw my left shoulder is jz in an awful state.. It's rrly damn f***ing pain.. It's lik I cun even raise my left arm til even lik 45 deg, it's jz freaking pain.. HAiz.. Den I oso lik no mood 2 go c doc.. Den dun even noe whether cn go c MO abt dis thing.. Haiz..

Aiya, jz wadeva com n tak, others jz leave it as it's dere..

'Anger vs Drinking'

Some people are just so inconsiderate..
Some are just pure breed of jerks..
Some are just too experienced to even spare a thought for others..
Some just think they are on top of the world because of the appointment they hold..

Why can't people just spare others a thought?
It's not as if people did not try their best,
But sometimes, when limit is reached, there's just hardly anyway to push it..
You also do not need such sacarsm to talk to people..

Some are just too lazy to bother with it..
Some just overlook the factor of human limitations..
Because they think they have seen enough of the world..
They impose a pre-judgement on the person even before they went to know the person..
A judgement based on their years of experience..
But can't they feel that it's wrong to do so?

Why can't people be more encouraging?
Why can't people be more understanding?
Why can't people be more mature?

Some people just cannot perform their duty as of their age..
They are just as childish as before..
They are just as impulsive as their teenage years..
They are just as intolerant as their early teens..
They are just unable to perform their duty as of their age..
They are just unfit for the job from my perspective..

Well, lest I juz wana vent out my anger upon my unhapy encounter on friday afternon wif sb.. Sb of a rather senior rank.. Jz hate n dun lik him at all.. Jz sort of kip picking on me on tt day wen I jz cldnt do da SOC.. So wad if I can't? I jz gt da phobia of doing it.. As a injury sustained b4 cz of SOC, I'm nw damn scared of it.. N I jz cldn't clear da first obstacles.. Bt does tt ever warrant a big huha, n muz go ard n tel others abt it? Lik u gt such an incapable soldier? SO wad if I'm incapable? Shldnt u b mor understanding n try 2 encourage, instead of jeering, throwing sacarsms? I jz fel he's so such a pure breed of jerk n arse..

Jz 4gt abt dos unhapy incidents, jz tok abt ytd ba.. Haha..

Ytd went 2 da musical concert by da YJ CCS.. It was ok in my own perspective.. Bt I fel t som parts of da show was a bit waste of tim, while others is indeed worth watching.. Bt lest frm wad I c, da lightings a bit screwed up here n dere.. To me, it just didn't blend wel wif da emotions of tt particular scene.. Som r dos romance, it turn out 2 haf gren lighting on it.. It jz don't blend wel rit? Den wen it's anger, it's stil as bright as wen it's hapy.. Shldn't da lighting crew play wif som eng such as "purple wif rage", n apply da color of dark purple wen da scene clearly shows tt da actor is indeed angry.. Den wen it's sadness n bitterness, shldn't all lights 2 be dimmed, except da spotlight on da person? I jz sort of gt irritated wif da lightings, tt I jz almst wana go in2 da lighting control rom, n do da lightings.. Bt jz try n control myself la.. Towards da end of da show, it was ok.. Overall, da songs that wer sung wer ok, n som r jz CMI.. Cz it's horribly out of tune.. Bt jz bear wif it, cz it's lik wad? 2+mins only? So jz bear wif it..

Dn aft da concert, went 4 a short drink wif junyi n mart.. I gues I shldn't haf taken tt sip on tt Rasberry Vodka.. It was ok wen I drank it.. Bt as I was on my way back, face started 2 b damn hot n red.. Den wen I gt hom, I jz was lik da chinese character Guan Gong.. Face was damn red.. Shld haf jz kept 2 my Breezer Lime Rum.. Haha.. N shldnt try a hybrid of Vodka n rum.. It jz dun work out wel.. N mayb it juz proved tt I'm unfit 4 drinking.. Haha.. Thou da 'tahaness' 4 alcohol 4 me shld b quite hard, bt mayb shldnt try it ba.. Lest nxt tim, wen I go drinkin wif gals, dey wld tot I saw sth.. Lolz.. So mayb drinking is rrly nt 4 me.. Haha..

Tt's al I haf 2 say.. Lest da anger did go down a little.. Bt I'm stil damn worked up over tt incident.. Jz dun wan 2 say hu is it.. Lest I tio anything.. Bt sth 2 celebrate frm my perspective, I finally gt my Tank Driving License.. Haha..

'Driving Tanks'

Finally, da driving phase has started 2 kick off.. Well, it was both a gd n bad thing abt it.. As in it has bonded both anger, happiness, sadness within.. Well, den let me start frm da first day wen da driving phase kicks off..

Firstly, lets start wif da initial stage of preparing da tank 4 driving.. Before we start da driving tank, we gt 2 do da safety check wich is called Before Operation Service, BOS 4 short.. Den as da 1st tim trainee, we al 'gabra' here n dere.. B4 hand we know wad 2 chek, bt we stil 'gabra' here n dere.. Duno wad size of socket or tool 2 open da bolts n nuts.. We juz screw it up n drag it damn long.. Den sam thing n consequences we juz tio f***ed lik any other ppl.. Cz we missed out 1 v impt chek wich is ramming of engine 2 chek da transmission n fuel.. Den we jz mak da whole day da instructors jz al grumpy hol day.. Bt den it was only in da afternoon, tt da instructors' temper gt beta.. Haha.. Den we wer al taught hw 2 drive da tank.. 2 me, it's jz pure fun n enjoyable 2 drive da tank on da road.. Thou it's full of mud n soil, bt lest it's beta den driving on da real road, n spoil it.. Lest dese is wad I tink.. Haha.. Den tt's da first day of driving as it only included da day driving..

Den second day, we did da sam thing again.. Bt dis tim we wer able 2 chek faster as we alr hands-on before, n know wad 2 chek.. So we wer a litle faster compared 2 da previous day.. Den we went on n met da timing, n nv miss any of da timing.. Congrats 2 us, bt dn we gt da Cat 1 status.. Cat 1 status is whereby a lot of thunderstorms n lightning, hence deemed as hazards.. No trng is 2 b conducted.. At da sam tim, 3 tanks nids refilling, so we waited 4 da skid tanker 2 com.. Den during tt tim, it rained and den stop.. Rain n stop 4 several cycles.. We haf 2 stop refilling at certain pt of tim due 2 da rain as da water mixing wif da disel wld cause contamination.. Den we wld haf a hard tim 2 clean da fuel tank as we haf 2 drain da disel out.. N den it's nt lik 30 litres lik tt lorz.. It's in hundreds n thousands in my case.. So we jz mak sure it doesn't mix or blend 2 avoid dis trouble.. Lest I learn 1 mor new thing abt my tank.. Den aft da toping up, we went 2 proceed on wif da trng.. Den my instructor was dere wif us til da thing is finished, n I supp he's v hungry.. Cz wen he reached da trng shed, he jz whack da packet of breakfast.. Den he proceed on wif da trng wif us.. Den we proceed on 2 nite guiding such as parking veh in a confined space.. It's quite fun.. Den we gt 2 stay til uite lat 4 da nite driving..

As I gt nite blindness, I drive damn slow.. Den I jz stick wif da vehicle in front of me.. Ca I cldnt c a thing at tt tim, except da brake lights of da veh in front of me.. Dn I jz managed 2 execute al da turnings quite ok.. Dn nv kena lik wad I did in da day cz turning 2 early n sharply.. Mistake learned n rmb it.. So nv kena f***ed.. Dn we jz chop chop go n finish n bac 2 camp.. It was lik nearly ard 12am.. Al damn tired n shag.. Den we al tried 2 rush n mit da timing given.. So I was 2 kan jiong tt I jz 4gt 2 my helmet wen I dismount n mount da tank, so jz owe 40 2 da instructor.. Den we al jz chiong bac 2 our unk 2 wash up n do da necessary thing such as packing our signal stores n wash out clothes.. Den I only managed 2 slp at ard 1230 midnight.. De nxt day woke up at 5, den 5.15 gt 2 fall in.. It's all chionging again..

Den dis tim rd, our safety chek gt a little mor faster den da previous day.. Den dis tim we gt do da track tension thing.. Tak out a damn big spanner, ard 3/4 of my ht, n it's termed Little Joe.. Den we jz turn a few rds lik ard 10+ lik tt.. Den off we go 2 da new grds 2 do our driving.. Dis tim rd gt mor slopes n it means gt mor obstacles.. Den dis tim, I drove wif even mor caution.. As I dun wish 2 mak hist by me being da first 1 2 b involved wif any accident.. Den executed da turnings n everything other thing well enuf, except da narrow gap.. So jz gt 2 buck up on my narrow gap.. Den I oso duno hw com I'm so heng 2 tio dis vehicle.. Can die out halfway due 2 no batt.. Den I gt 2 purge it.. It's lik a handbrake thingy of a car, den jz pump it up n down lik ard 10+ to 20+ tim.. Den managed 2 start da batt.. Quite gd n ok la.. Den I gt 2 purge it lik 3 times at lest.. All at da slopes.. Damn scarry lorz.. Cz if my tank slide down, it means gd luck 2 da tank behind me.. Bt luckily, I'm able 2 complete it well n safe.. N I thank 4 it.. Cz til nw, I'm stil damn afraid of my tank.. Den we ended da trng early, dn we went 2 unload evreything, n clr da tank of signals n everything.. Den we briefly did our AOS.. Den jz went bac 2 slp..

Da nxt day meaning our bk out day.. We gt 2 do full service n cleaning of our tank.. Such as tightening our track n greasing.. Den we did frm ard 11+am cz gt SOC in da morning til ard 10 plus lik tt.. Den we juz chiong al da way 2 finish so tt we can bk out early.. Den we cleaned til quite late lik ard 9plus.. Den wen I bk out, it's alr nearing 10+pm.. Den luckily, sb offered 2 fetch me.. So nt so bad wen I reach hm.. Ard 11pm I reached hm.. Den was so tired tt I jz unpacked, n bathed, den jz slumped on da bed.. Falling aslp asap, lik ard les den 2 mins.. Was so god damn tired.. Bt I gues it's lik a gd lifetim experience..

Haha.. So afterall, I did enjoy da course so far as nth unpleasant has happened yet.. Jz hope da nxt few wks, wld b saf n sound.. Nth bad wld happen.. 6 mor weks b4 joining bac 2 MEC.. Yea.. Looking damn forward 2 it.. Haha..

'Course Starts'

Finally, da long awaited couse started.. However, it started with a rather ok tine.. As in so far, we haven rrly owe any pumpings or wadeva.. So let me juz intro 2 u wad my course is al abt, n wada hel m I rrly gg 2 do in dese 2 yrs..

Well, da mechanical engineering of my course is basically al on vehicles.. So basically, I repair and maintain da tanks, making sure dey r all in working gd condition.. Den da vehicle I'm on is an Engineer Tank for short termed ET.. In fact ir's rrly ET (Extra-Terrestrial).. It's damn heavy and old.. It's oso damn huge, it's like wen u stand dere, u r juz a dwarf compared 2 it.. It's tt big, no kidding at all.. Neither m I bragging it..

So da course started on mon 11am wen al da specialists com in 2 train wif us.. Den it started out wif al da whim n whamp due 2 da slamming of da bags by da specs n rushin down 4 da first lectur of da day.. Den practically, I fel damn shit as I gt fever tt morning.. A heavy headache.. Den I stil heck care n ran down da stairs.. Bt it was shit feling wen I ran down da stairs.. N I jz nearly stumbled over..

Den it was al lectures da first day.. Kinda bored abt it, bt I gt 2 gt used 2 it.. As da days go down, dere wil b series of tests coming up.. Den first up is da TSR (Tank Safety Regulations) wich is similar 2 da BTT of driving a car.. It jz basically emphasizeson da safety, n den 2 b true, it is rrly quite impt, esp if u r driving such a big thing.. Lolz.. So jz went 2 take it.. Den passed it, so ow sort of approved 2 drive da tank.. Jz lik da probational license 2 drif da car on road, jz tt dis tim, dere's no ATT.. Cz once passed da TSR n da Driving Test, u r allowed 2 drive da tank alr.. So its sort of gd la.. Haha.. Den nxt wk is al on driving.. Wil b damn shag, cz da day does nt end until ard 8 or 9 plus..

Nxt, moving on, we moved on 2 da maintence n checking of da tank.. It is jz hell lot 2 chek.. Cz haf 2 climb in n out of da tank.. It is jz lik wad da earlier batch say.. Da ET wil jz mak u strong n shag.. No doubt abt it.. Haiz.. Dere's oso da gunnery system, wich is manned til u siao.. Haha.. It's quite pek chek la.. Bt bo bian jz LLST (lan lan suck thumb)..

Overall, jz hope tt I can pass out of this course safely n peacefully.. Hopefully, dere wil always b a beta tml of each day in da course..
