'Flying Off'
Probably it really took me long enough to realise that I've not been blogging for sometime. I couldn't really blog as I do not have much mood to blog, don't I'm just blogging for the blog to live on. It sounds so miserable, doesn't it?
The exams are finally over, which was like 2 weeks ago? Haha.. I really do not know what could I possibly expect for my exam results, I was hoping it not to be too bad, yet I want it to be at least a pass. Doesn't both sound the same? Haha.. University life is actually not that stressful, but it's the exams that are the killers, and I hate exams. I think exam is probably one of the worst systems that was ever invented (lest to those who hate exams). I seriously do not understand what is the rationale behind exams. May I enquire what purpose does it have when forcing some poor chaps into such a tense atmosphere, making one on the verge of breaking down? There's a saying goes "Once bitten, twice shy", it is supposed to mean that one would be more careful on the second attempt. However, to those poor chaps (including me) would be psychologically afraid of exams, and may I know when you are afraid of that particular thing, when you encounter it, would you be rational and calm when ackling such issues?
I do not know how, but I'm currently pretty confused.
I met a person from the army while I was playing pool like 2 days before, and we started talking about university life, we all came with one agreement. The agreement is that NS really destroy brains, and instiling a capability of rendering one to be not as adaptable in studying as before entering the NS. I have been wondering why only those people who study Medicine can be disrupted automatically from NS, and continue their studies, why the rest of the people who does not study Medicine, would have to finish 2 years of the NS, then can go and study in the university? Are those people who study non-medicine are less prioritised than those study medicine? If that's the case, then all the infrastructures, are they all designed by doctors or civil engineers? Are we enjoying the infrastructures more or the healthcare more? Even if you say you enjoy healthcare more, then may I know if the hospital you said you enjoyed the healthcare is designed by doctors or the civil engineers? I do not know how strong this argument is standing, but I know probably it is not as strong as those who coukd really argue?
Coming back to university life, I now realise why people would try to run away from Physics. To be truthful, I enjoy Physics, but the lapse of 2 years no brain work is really making me nuts and wondering if I really enjoy Physics. It all just seems to be so funny and strange to the fact that I choose Physics, probably it is due to the fact that I understand Physics at the A level, and probably that's why I choose Physics at university level. It is just all so strange and funny that I chose it. Haiz.. So is it a mistake, or a blessing in disguise? I do not know, so confused..
I would be flying off soon, like in 12hrs time to overseas. I hope it would be alright then.
